Rules of the Lake

Lake Rules

• Board of Directors of the Orchard Park Lake Estates Homeowners Association shall have the final say on all rules and regulations.

• Members of the Association shall at all times be responsible for the actions/or damages of their childern while on Association property.

• Any guest of an Association member using Assoication property must be accompanied by a member of the Association.

• Members must be current on their dues before they will be allowed the use of Association property.

• No personal property may be kept on Association property without written approval from the Board of Directors.

• No minors are allowed at the lake without adult supervision.

• All boats and watercraft must be Coast Guard approved.

• No fuel or gasoline powered boats, crafts or toys are allowed on the lake property.

• No horses or motorized vehicles are allowed on the lake property.

• No hunting of any kind.

• Pole fishing only; no bank or trout lines; no net fishing.

• With the exception of Perch, all fish under 15 inches in length shall be returned to the lake.

• No glass bottles are allowed on the lake property. Litter is to be placed in the receptacles provided.

• No rocks, Christmas trees, trash, grass or lawn clippings are to be disposed of in the lake or on Association property.

• Swim at your own risk.
