Policy Changes - Collections

Dear Homeowner,

We hereby notify you that we have sent numerous notices to collect back dues over one year old. This will be our new policy as of August 1, 2025.

Homeowners will be sent one reminder notice. If the dues are not paid in full by the deadline they will be sent to our collection agency to collect the amount owed. The result of this action will cost you (the homeowner) an additional 30% in charges, plus late fees or any legal expenses, and it will have a negative impact on your credit score if you delay payment.
